Presbyterian offers many classes for women past after their childbearing years.

Osteoporosis Group Program

This four-week program is a combination of exercise and education targeting men and women who have bone loss. The instructors are a registered dietitian and physical therapist. Your insurance will be billed for the program.  Call 704-384-7510 to register.  Learn more about osteoporosis.

Do You Have Osteopenia or Osteoporosis (Thin Bones)?

For those diagnosed with osteopenia or osteoporosis, you can receive an individual consultation with a registered dietitian and physical therapist. This will include personal assessments of your nutritional and physical status and a review of your medical history and risk factors. Understanding Your Hysterectomy

This is for women either having a hysterectomy, or considering a hysterectomy. Information will be given to help you understand the hospital experience and recovery time. A support person is welcome.  Register today.
