Listen to expert speakers, including a urogynecologist and physical therapist, discuss incontinence and other issues affecting the midlife woman. Surgical and non-surgical treatment options will be discussed (including da Vinci robotic procedures), in addition to prevention techniques. You’ll also have the opportunity to ask questions. Osteoporosis LIfestyle Management Group Program
This four-week program is a combination of exercise and education targeting men and women who have bone loss. We'll help you take charge of your bone health to prevent falls, fractures and poor posture. With the complete attention of a physical therapist and dietitian, you'll learn about the diets and exercises that work for you so you can continue living a healthy lifestyle. Osteoporosis Lifestyle Management Individual Program
For those diagnosed with osteopenia or osteoporosis, you can receive an individual consultation with a registered dietitian and physical therapist. This will include personal assessments of your nutritional and physical status and a review of your medical history and risk factors. The consultation lasts about 90-100 minutes. This is for women either having a hysterectomy or considering a hysterectomy. Information will be given to help you understand the hospital experience and recovery time. A support person is welcome.
