Breastpumps and Supplies

Every breastfeeding mom has a unique experience. Some moms find breastfeeding easy and uncomplicated, while others may find it more challenging. No matter what the experience, all moms breastfeed better with the support of family and friends.

Different moms have different needs, so there are a variety of breastpumps available. While manual breastpumps may be ideal for moms who spend most of their days and nights with their babies, electric breastpumps may be the better choice for moms who are frequently separated from their babies because of work or health problems.

In order to choose the best breastpump for you, you will need to decide if you want an electric or manual pump, and if you will be using the pump daily or occasionally.

Hospital-Grade Pumps

Hospital-grade pumps are recommended if mom is unable to nurse at all due to medical reasons. These pumps are designed to help build and maintain milk supply and are available on a rental basis from all three locations of The Nursing Mother's Place. Learn More

Daily Use Double Pumps

Daily use double pumps are recommended if mom is employed full-time or needs to pump routinely to maintain supply when replacing a feeding. Learn More

Occasional Use Single or Double Pumps

These are recommended if mom needs to pump just once or twice per day, or a few times per week.

Our offices carry a variety of specialty feeding devices. Some are filed with your insurance if medically indicated and provided during your consultation appointment.

Each mother requires a sterile collection kit for use with a hospital-grade pump rental. Kit fees are filed with the rental fee to your insurance carrier when medically indicated.
