Preparing to Parent a Baby!
This 2.5-hour class taught by a certified parenting educator will answer parents' questions and prepare them for changes after childbirth. Topics include: styles of parenting, bonding, sleep techniques, scheduling and self-care. Expectant parents should attend this class during the last three months of pregnancy. Fee. Register Today.
Infant Safety and CPR
This American Heart Association Family and Friends program is for parents and caregivers of children ages birth to one year. The two-hour class includes safety for home and car plus CPR skills using a model for hands-on practice. This class does not provide certification in CPR. Fee. Child Safety and CPR

Super Sitter
This class trains 11-14 year olds to provide safe care for young children and teaches important safe babysitter strategies. Other topics include: role of the sitter, emergency/safety information, CPR, first aid, understanding children, safety for the sitter and business of babysitting. Nutrition Counseling
Our registered dietitian can help with both pediatric and adult nutrition concerns, including weight loss/gain, healthy eating for disease prevention, GI disorders, food allergies, special diets and osteoporosis prevention.
