Maternity
You may pre-register for your maternity stay using our online form. Choose 'Labor and Delivery Form'. Pre-register Now
Inpatient and Outpatient Services
You may pre-register for your radiology test, surgery or other hospital service using our online form. Choose "General Form." Pre-register Now
Surgery
If you are pre-registering for a surgery, you will need to fill out a special form in our pre-surgery information section. Learn More
Why pre-register?
- If you pre-register, you can go directly to the procedure area without stopping in the Admitting Department.
- Pre-registering will decrease your wait time on the day of your service.
- You will be informed of your financial responsibilities and offered financial arrangements prior to your service.
- You will learn what you need to bring at time of service (insurance card, Advance Directives, payment if previously arranged)
- By pre-registering, you will have less to worry about the day of your service.
- You can get directions to our hospitals and various departments
Financial assistance
Presbyterian has financial counselors available to talk to you before or during your visit. We offer:

What if you don't pre-register?
If you do not pre-register for services at Presbyterian Hospital, Presbyterian Hospital Matthews or Presbyterian Hospital Huntersville, then you need to check-in at the hospital's Admitting Department.
