I am a member of the clergy. How can I get an ID badge?

Please come by Chaplaincy Services at Presbyterian Hospital in Uptown Charlotte weekdays between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. to have your new clergy photo ID badge made.

How do I find a patient?

• Visitors are allowed at Presbyterian Hospital, Presbyterian Hospital Huntersville and Presbyterian Hospital Matthews 24 hours a day, seven days a week. To ensure the security of all of our patients, the staff at the information desk inside our main lobbies is happy to assist you in locating a patient. If you need a patient's room number or a map to a particular area within the hospital, please visit the information desk.
• During business hours, you may also locate a patient or visitor by calling Chaplaincy Services at 704-384-4168. After hours, call the main line of the patient's hospital:
  • Presbyterian Hospital: 704-384-4000
  • Presbyterian Hospital Huntersville: 704-316-4000
  • Presbyterian Hospital Matthews: 704-384-6500

Where should I park?

Parking is available at the Presbyterian Hospital campus in Uptown Charlotte in parking garages, and at Presbyterian Hospital Huntersville and Presbyterian Hospital Matthews in parking lots adjacent to the hospital. For the most convenient parking information, please contact us at 704-384-4168 with the patient's name and room number.

Lay Minister Information

It is our pleasure to serve lay ministers of your congregation. Even though we cannot issue lay ministers ID badges/parking access, we can validate their parking tickets in the Chaplain's office. If you need to visit after hours, please contact the Chaplain's office to arrange access.
