Donations Support Mission of Hope
When most people think of hospice, the word "hope" rarely comes to mind. Presbyterian Hospice & Palliative Care wants to change that perception. By definition, hope is "the feeling that what's desired is also possible or that events will turn out for the best."
Our hospice patients and families hope for a positive outcome related to whatever circumstances they are experiencing in their journey. Presbyterian Hospice & Palliative Care translates hope for our patients as helping them live life to its fullest, going beyond meeting needs to create special moments in their lives and the lives of their family members.
With a shift from curative to comfort care, Presbyterian Hospice & Palliative Care provides physical, emotional and spiritual care for patients at the end of life's journey and emotional and spiritual support for their families.
