Diabetes Self-Management Program

Learn how to manage your diabetes with our three-part self-management course, Living with Diabetes. From learning about the basics, such as the skills needed to control blood sugars and how to use a blood glucose monitor to more in-depth skills such as carbohydrate counting and how to order when eating out, our team will teach you the ins and outs of managing diabetes. Gestational Diabetes Management

Learn how to manage diabetes during pregnancy. Meet with a certified diabetes educator to help you monitor glucose levels and plan meals. Our staff will partner with your physician for the duration of your pregnancy. Physician referral required. Call 704-384-7390 for more information.
