10 Techniques for Handling Stress at the Holidays

CLIMB
Children’s Lives Include Moments of Bravery
October 13-November 17, 5:30-7:30 p.m.
This is a special program for families who have a parent or caregiver with a diagnosis of cancer. The program meets once a week and includes a family dinner. There will be three groups: CLIMB group for children between the ages of 6 and 12, a teen group, and a group for the parents.
