The 24 Hour ACCESS Program

Our ACCESS phone line is staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week with licensed nurses, professional counselors and social workers.  The ACCESS staff are available to assess individuals in need of behavioral health services and link them to the appropriate level of care.  The ACCESS staff provides free face-to-face assessments Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. in the ACCESS office, located on the seventh floor of Presbyterian Hospital.  ACCESS staff also assesses individuals with behavioral health issues that come through the Emergency Department.
