MATTHEWS, N.C. – Join Presbyterian Hospital Matthews and Levine Senior Center experts for a free educational, heart health workshop on Jan. 25 from 1 - 3 p.m. at the Levine Senior Center, 1050 DeVore Lane, Matthews.
If your goal is to get heart healthy in 2012, this educational workshop is for you. Join us to hear information from a variety of experts. By attending this free seminar, participants will hear presentations on topics including: succeeding with a low sodium diet, life after a cardiac event, medication and congestive heart failure, and the benefits of exercise.
