William O. Ntim, MD, FACC, FACP, FASE, cardiologist with Mid Carolina Cardiology, was recently elected as Overseas Fellow of the Royal Society of Medicine in London, England. The Royal Society of Medicine formed in 1805 and is one of the largest providers of continuing medical education in the United Kingdom. It received its Royal Charter in 1834 from King William IV. The Society’s library is one of the largest postgraduate biomedical lending libraries in Europe.
