Dr. Polterock and Gaffney Ear, Nose, & Throat bring specialty and expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of ear, nose, throat, head and neck disorders in patients of all ages to the Gaffney area. Dr. Polterock offers diagnostic and surgical services for the head, neck, throat and ear disorders including laryngitis, tracheitis, tonsillitis and adnoitis, treatment of ear pain, fluid, infections and more. No physician referral is required for an appointment. Gaffney Ear, Nose, & Throat also provides audiology services, such as hearing testing, as well as vestibular services and balance testing.
With more than 40 years of experience, Dr. Polterock is board-certified in otolaryngology, as well as head and neck surgery. Dr. Polterock earned both his bachelor’s and medical degree from the University of Illinois in Chicago, and he completed his residency in otolaryngology at Northwestern University, also located in Chicago.
