Dr. Jorge’s practice offers a wide range of services, including cardiovascular risk assessments, advanced lipid testing, comprehensive diagnostic imaging services and management of complex lipid disorders, metabolic syndrome, pre-diabetes, obesity and other cardiovascular-related illnesses. He also offers risk assessments and treatments geared toward women with or at risk for heart disease. Dietary and exercise consults, smoking cessation and diabetes lifestyle management services are also available. In addition, Dr. Jorge will offer an Executive Health program to which companies can send executives for a two-day comprehensive health evaluation. Dr. Jorge is board-certified in family medicine and clinical lipidology and is an expert in heart and vascular disease prevention and management. A graduate of the University of Virginia, Dr. Jorge earned his medical degree from the Urena School of Medicine in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. He completed a residency at St. Mary of Nazareth Hospital Family Practice and St. Joseph Hospital, both located in Chicago. Dr. Jorge is also fluent in Spanish.
