Location and ParkingSuite 201 South Park Family Physicians is located on Fairview Road in the Azalea building, which is between the Harris Land Company and First Charter Bank buildings and across the street from SouthPark Mall. Parking is available on the side of and behind the building; there is limited parking in front as well.
