Our Hospice and Palliative Care program provides care for patients facing end-of-life illnesses so that they may live as comfortably as possible.

At Presbyterian, our team approach to hospice and palliative care allows us to develop individual care plans to anticipate, prevent and relieve symptoms with a focus on improving the quality of life for patients and their families.
