Construction at Presbyterian Hospital Huntersville

Presbyterian Hospital Huntersville is adding more floors and hospital beds and expanding services to meet the needs of our patients. The Huntersville community has been so supportive of their community hospital that growth is now a necessity. We are honored, privileged and excited to build the future of remarkable medicine for you, the residents of the Huntersville community.

Our new hospital tower will accommodate 15 new beds (13 medical/surgical beds and two Intensive Care Unit beds) which will bring Presbyterian Hospital Huntersville's total bed count up to 75. We will also be adding extra room for women's support services, all within two additional floors built up over the surgical floor. The project is predicted to be complete in winter of 2012.
