Presbyterian Hospital Community Care Cruiser

The Community Care Cruiser is a 40-foot recreational vehicle that has been transformed into a doctor’s office on wheels, staffed with a medical director, pediatric nurse practitioner, nursing staff and a social worker. They provide comprehensive primary and preventive medical care to youth ages 0-17 who can not afford it. The Cruiser works with schools, places of worship, and other community groups to allow easy access to its services.

• Immunizations
• Initial prenatal care
• Disease diagnosis
• Preventive education
• Asthma prevention and treatment
• Community resource referrals
