I am a member of the clergy. How can I get an ID badge?
Please come by Chaplaincy Services at Presbyterian Hospital in Uptown Charlotte weekdays between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM to have your new clergy photo ID badge made.
How do I find a patient?
- Presbyterian Hospital is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Were committed to ensuring the security of all of our patients. The staff at the information desk inside the main lobby is happy to assist you in locating a patient or visitor. If you need a patients room number or a map to a particular area within the hospital, please visit the information desk.
- During business hours, you may also locate a patient or visitor by calling Chaplaincy Services at 704-384-4168. After hours, call the main Presbyterian Hospital number at 704-384-4000.
Where should I park?
Parking is available at the Presbyterian Hospital campus in Uptown Charlotte in parking garages, and at Presbyterian Hospital Huntersville and Presbyterian Hospital Matthews in parking lots adjacent to the hospital. For the most convenient parking information, please contact us at 704-384-4168 with the patient's name and room number.

Lay Minister Information
It is our pleasure to serve Lay Ministers of your congregation. Even though we cannot issue lay ministers ID badges/parking access, we can validate their parking tickets in the Chaplains office. If you need to visit after hours, please contact the Chaplians' office to arrange access.
