Presbyterian Healthcare's Patient Education Department assists patients and their family members who have special communication needs by providing interpreter services at no cost.
Free foreign language interpreters are available for individuals who are limited English proficient. Free sign language and oral interpreters, TTY's and other services are available to deaf and hard-of-hearing persons.
When you register as a patient, please let the staff know if you need an interpreter to assist you during your medical appointments. The service is available at all Presbyterian locations. Call the Patient Education Department at 704-384-8987 for assistance.
