The physician at Farrington Family Medical Center Kannapolis is Carlos Jorge, M.D. Dr. Jorge is board-certified in family medicine and has been practicing for five years. He received his undergraduate degree at the University of Virginia and obtained his medical degree from the Universidad Nacional Pedro Henriquez Urena School of Medicine in the Dominican Republic. He completed his residency at St. Joseph Hospital in Chicago. Dr. Jorge is bilingual in Spanish and English.
