- Preparing for Parenting These classes give parents the opportunity to ask questions and prepare for life's changes with a baby. The class includes bonding, parenting styles and scheduling techniques.
- Parenting Your Newborn Interactive class includes development, play and sleep techniques and baby blues.
- Parenting Your Infant This class for new parents provides hands-on experience needed to parent your growing/changing infant, including feeding, sleeping, creative play ideas, developmental milestones/infant development, baby-proofing and parent coping skills. Participants should enroll in this class when baby is two months or older.
- Mom's Support Group Join this group of other mothers with infants up to seven months old to help ease the transition of adding a baby to your family. The groups meet at various locations throughout the Charlotte area.
