Presbyterian Hospital Hosts Fall, Fun and Health Festival in Mint Hill

CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- On Saturday, Nov. 11, 2006, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Presbyterian Hospital will be hosting a free community health fair at Mint Hill Family Practice, 11307 Hawthorne Dr. in Mint Hill, across from Lowes Food.
The family event will feature
- Free flu shots (to first one thousand guests ages four and up)
- Bounce house
- Face painting
- Popcorn, coffee and drinks
- Health information
"Presbyterian Hospital has been providing healthcare care services to the Mint Hill community since the early 90s," said Mark Billings, vice president of Presbyterian Healthcare's growth and development. "Serving the public through events such as this has been a part of our organizational culture since our founding date more than 100 years ago."
