Presbyterian Hospital Huntersville Announces Winners of School Poster Contest

The new Presbyterian Hospital Huntersville is pleased to announce the winners of "Helping Others in Your Community," a poster contest that benefits local students and schools.
Presbyterian Hospital Huntersville sponsored the poster contest to thank the residents of Huntersville, Cornelius and Davidson for their support of the new healthcare facility. The winning posters will be matted, framed and displayed at Presbyterian Hospital Huntersville's community sneak preview this Saturday from 1-4 p.m. The community is invited to tour Presbyterian Hospital Huntersville and see the hospital's technologies first-hand.
"These posters illustrate that the students in this community truly understand the meaning of caring for others," said Denise Mihal, Presbyterian Hospital Huntersville administrator. "Presbyterian Hospital Huntersville promises to give remarkable care to the residents of Huntersville, Cornelius and Davidson."
In the elementary school category, Davidson Elementary School was awarded first place and will receive a $1,500 cash donation. Charlotte Mader, Blair Langford, Alex Marshal, and Victoria Marshal, all students at Davidson Elementary School, were individual first place winners. Each student will receive a $50 gift card.
Cornelius Elementary School received second place and will get a $1,000 cash donation. Leah Bowen of Cornelius Elementary School will receive a $30 gift card for her poster, which came in second place.
Huntersville Elementary School will be awarded a $500 cash donation for third place. Individual third place winners from Huntersville Elementary School are Will Champion, Ben Forman, Georgie Follmer, and Kiara Griffin. Each student will receive a $20 gift card.

In the middle school category, Jordan Geoigeon of Bradley Middle School won first place and will receive a $50 gift card. The school will receive a $1,500 cash donation.
