Presbyterian Healthcare Announces New Chief Nursing Officer

Kathleen F. Grew has been named chief nursing officer and vice president of patient care services for Presbyterian Healthcare. Grew joins Presbyterian after serving as chief operating officer and senior vice president of patient care services for Montgomery General Hospital in Olney, Maryland.
Grew has nearly 30 years of healthcare experience, including serving as vice president of patient care services for University of Maryland Medical System in Baltimore, product line director and assistant vice president of patient care for Sisters of Charity Hospital in Buffalo and director of utilization management and reimbursement for Buffalo General Hospital. She received her degree as a registered nurse from Misericordia Hospital School of Nursing in Bronx, New York, and also holds a bachelor of science degree in nursing from Marquette University, Milwaukee, and a master of science degree from State University of New York (Buffalo).
Grew is a member of the American Organization of Nurse Executives, the American College of Healthcare Executives and the Association of Maryland Hospitals & Health Systems Council on Legislative & Regulatory Policy. She has also served as a member of the board of directors for Prevent Child Abuse Maryland in Annapolis.
