Waxhaw, N.C. - Waxhaw Family Physicians and Presbyterian Novant Medical Group welcome Eric Warren, M.D. Dr. Warren, board-certified in both family medicine and sports medicine, specializes in sports medicine including non-surgical management of musculoskeletal injuries, total medical care of athletes and concussion management. He joins a team of six providers at Waxhaw Family Physicians. Dr. Warren obtained his medical degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He then completed his residency and a fellowship in sports medicine at Carolinas Medical Center, in Charlotte.
