The application should include:
- Resume
- Two letters of recommendation (one academic)
- Graduate School transcripts

Statement of Interest, including:
- Why are you interested in a fellowship program and Presbyterian Hospital?
- What skills can you contribute?
- What goals do you hope to achieve during the fellowship?
The selection process will include:
- All applications received (November 1 deadline)
- Review of applications (completed by November 21)
- Phone interviews (completed by December 5)
- On-site interviews (completed in mid-December)
- Selection of Administrative Fellow (notified by January 6)
Applicants no longer in the selection process will be notified by mail or email.
