Introduction to Breastfeeding
This one-session class will teach you everything you need to know about getting a good start with breastfeeding. Expectant mothers are urged to bring their partner, support person or family member. Classes are taught by one of our board certified lactation consultants. Most classes are held Saturday mornings and are relaxed, fun and informative.

We now offer our monthly prenatal breastfeeding classes at our three locations. Register by calling 704-384-4949 early in your pregnancy to reserve the class a few months before your due date. Fee is $30 per family.
Breastfeeding and Pumping: Beyond the First 3 Months
This one-session class is taught by a board certified lactation consultant. It provides information on the benefits of breast milk collection and storage. Quiet babies in arms are welcome. Class length is 90 minutes.
