The Endoscopy Suite at Presbyterian Hospital is located on the first floor near the Emergency Department. It includes patient/ family conference rooms and procedure rooms where a variety of gastroenterology diagnostic and therapeutic procedures are performed.

The Presbyterian Hospital Matthews Endoscopy Unit is located on the first floor and is accessed through the hospital's main entrance. Newly rennovated in early 2003, the unit features four procedures rooms and seven recovery spaces and offers EGD, colonoscopy, bronchosocopy and sigmoidoscopy procedures.
