Our approach allows patients to leave either the hospital or the skilled nursing unit in a more timely manner and receive intensive outpatient services that are specifically customized to meet their individual needs. These services are also available to those who would like to receive treatment after an injury and have their physician's consent.

Our outpatient rehabilitation services include Physical Therapy, Occupational and Hand Therapy, Psychology, Speech Pathology, Audiology and Nursing.
Our specialty rehabilitation programs include a Stroke Program, Stroke Support Group, Pain Management, Brain Injury Program and Sports and Orthopaedic Rehabilitation.
