If you are an employee of Presbyterian, there are several giving options in which you may be interested. You may opt to support excellent care and services through payroll deduction or PTO donation.
Simply fill out this form and submit it to the Foundation to have your donation payroll deducted.
As a Presbyterian employee, you may choose to donate your PTO to the Foundation which can be converted to dollars in support of technology and other programs. Download and complete this form and submit it to the Foundation.
