explains security procedures that are commercially reasonable. You agree
to follow these instructions, unless you have given us prior notice of
possible unauthorized use as described above and we had a reasonable
opportunity to act on such notice.
RESPONSES Because the response time to your message can be
as long as two (2) working days, e-mail or other electronic
communication should not be used for urgent medical matters that require
more timely attention. Email delivery cannot be guaranteed. If you do
not receive a response from your provider after two (2) working days,
you should call your provider. All correspondence to us and from us will
be placed in your medical record.
