Many children we see have congenital abnormalities or birth defects involving urine production and reproduction.

A Pediatric Urologist deals with problems such as hernia, hydocele, varicocele, undescended testis, testicular torsion, hypospadias, chordee, ambiguous genitalia, vesicoureteral reflux, hydronephrosis, UPJ obstruction, neurogenic bladder, urinary infections and other bladder symptoms. This specialty requires additional fellowship training.
