Admission Requirements
| The Radiologic Technology Program seeks to identify and enroll individuals who have the necessary preparation and potential for success in the program. |

Admission decisions are based upon:
- Evaluation of transcripts with attention to strength of course selection, grade point average (GPA) and extracurricular and leadership activities
- Results of standarized tests
- Patient care experience through work, education or volunteer service
- Written essay
- References
- Interview
Eligible applicants shall:
- Be 18 years of age by September 1 of the year entering
- Have graduated from an accredited high school or equivalent (GED); applicants may apply during the final year of high school; proof of graduation must be provided before entrance

Earned a C or above in:
- Geometry
- Algebra II
- Biology
- Chemistry
- Computer Science
- Medical Terminology
The above courses can be earned in a high school, community college, college or university setting.
Minimum of 15 credit hours of 100-level or higher courses completed at an accredited postsecondary education institution (community college, college or university) within the past 10 years with a grade of C or higher:
- minimum of 3 hours of English in written or oral communication skills
- minimum of 3 hours of math in College Algebra or higher

minimum of 3 hours in social/behavioral sciences
- Psychology. or
- Sociology

minimum of 6 hours in natural sciences
- Biology, or
- Chemistry, or
- Physics, or
- Human Anatomy and Physiology
Additionally, for international students:
- Certified, translated transcripts
- Social Security number
- Green card with I-9 document establishing authorization to work
