| First and Third Tuesday | Faith Memorial Baptist , 211 Lakewood Ave. |
| First and Third Thursday | Our Lady of Guadalupe, 6212 Tuckaseegee Rd. |
| Second and Fourth Tuesday | Nations Ford Community Church 5901 Nations Ford Rd. |
| Second and Fourth Thursday | St. Luke's Missionary Baptist, 1600 Norris Ave. |
| Second Friday | The Solomon House, 200 St. Main St., Huntersville |
| Fourth Friday | New Beginnings, 7027 Stillwell Rd., Matthews |
Almost all sites are located on the bus line for easy access.
Important Information
Hours of Operation
The Cruiser will see patients between the hours of 9 a.m. - noon and 1 - 3 p.m. The Cruiser dedicates 9-9:30 a.m. to immunizations.
Eligible Participants
Youth ages 0-17 will be seen on the Cruiser. Unless the visit is for an STD, immunization, pregnancy, alcohol or substance abuse or behavioral health reasons, all youth must be accompanied by an adult.
Insurance Coverage
The Cruiser is designed to meet the needs of un- and underinsured youth in the Greater Charlotte area. Those who have full insurance coverage should continue to see their primary care physician.
