For the convenience of our patients and visitors, Charlotte Orthopedic Hospital offers complimentary valet and shuttle service during the following times:
Valet: Monday – Friday, 5 a.m. – 3 p.m.; Saturday, 7 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Shuttle: Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Child-friendly Area in Surgery Waiting Room
Our surgery waiting room includes a child-friendly space for children to enjoy a movie provided by Charlotte Orthopedic Hospital, to draw, color, read or do other activities brought from home.
Business Center
The business center is equipped with two desktop computers. Wi-Fi is available in the business center and throughout the hospital for use with portable devices and smartphones. Contact a guest services representative if you need help using the Wi-Fi service.
