Parking for patients and visitors is available free-of-charge in a deck adjacent to Charlotte Orthopedic Hospital. This deck can be accessed from the main entrance off of Randolph Road or from Vail Ave.

For the convenience of our patients and visitors, Charlotte Orthopedic Hospital offers complimentary valet parking and a shuttle service during the following times:
Valet: Monday - Friday, 5 a.m. - 3 p.m.; Saturday, 7 a.m. - 3 p.m.
Shuttle: Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
