If you need help locating a patient or visitor, our staff can you assist you in several ways.
The staff at the Information Desk, located inside the main entrance lobby of Novant Health Charlotte Orthopedic Hospital, will be happy to assist you in locating a patient or visitor. They can provide a patient's room number and floor map and/or escort you to a particular area within the hospital. A staff person is on duty in the main entrance lobby on weekdays from 5 a.m. to 8 p.m. and on weekends from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Sending a Patient Mail and/or Flowers
When sending mail or flowers, ensure that you add the patient’s name to the hospital address. The mailroom will locate the patient’s room number using the hospital database. Address your mail or flowers to:
