Matthews Medical Center has programs designed for anyone living with diabetes, no matter when they were diagnosed. We help patients use the latest treatment tools and information to properly manage their care. The goal is to prevent or lessen the complications that people often experience with diabetes.
How it works:
Once your primary care physician refers you to Novant Health Diabetes Center, we will contact you to schedule an appointment. Based on information provided by you and your physician, our team will develop a self-management plan.
