Visitors to Novant Health Matthews Medical Center are allowed 24 hours a day throughout the hospital.
Family members and friends are welcome to visit you in the hospital. If you and your visitors need visitation information or directions, receptionists in our lobby will be happy to assist you.
Family members may sleep on a daybed or chair furnished in every room and use the family lounges with fully equipped kitchens.
The Critical Care area includes a large family lounge and each room has a sleeping area for family members, with daybed, phone, TV and VCR.
