Diabetes affects nearly one in 20 Americans. People who are newly diagnosed with diabetes often need help adjusting to the new reality of their lives. The Novant Health Diabetes Center at Huntersville Medical Center helps patients use the latest treatment tools and information to properly manage their condition. We have programs designed for anyone living with diabetes, no matter when they were diagnosed.
How it works:
Once your primary care physician refers you to the Novant Health Diabetes Center, we will contact you to schedule an appointment. Based on information provided by you and your physician, our team will develop a self-management plan.
