Novant Health Huntersville Medical Center would like to invite you to experience our dining facility and gift shop.
Dining-on-Call
Much like hotel-style room service, patients are able to use the Dining-on-Call menu to select their meals. Patients can use the in-room menu to make their selections and then submit their request to the call center anytime between 6:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. The selection will be checked with the patient's dietary needs and then delivered hot and fresh within 45 minutes. Visitors can also order from the menu.
Cafeteria
Our dining facility is named the Thank You Café because we can't tell you enough how much we appreciate you. The Thank You Café offers hot entrees, grilled sandwiches, deli items, soups, salads and desserts. We are open seven days a week with the following hours:
Weekdays:
Breakfast: 7 - 10 a.m.
Lunch and dinner: 11 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.
Grill: 6:30 - 9 p.m.
Weekends:
Breakfast: 7 - 10 a.m.
Lunch and dinner: 11 a.m. - 7 p.m.
If you would like a breath of fresh air, we have an outdoor courtyard, in addition to inside seating.
Our cafeteria is located on the first floor of the hospital.
Seattle's Best Coffee
Seattle's Best Coffee is brewed freshly onsite at our convenient coffee shop - open from 6 to 11:30 a.m. and noon to 7 p.m., Monday through Friday. Visit the kiosk near the cafeteria for coffee, lattes and other delights.
Gift Shop
Located on the first floor of the hospital, the gift shop, operated by the Novant Health Volunteer Council, offers a variety of flowers, balloons, greeting cards, candy, gifts, baby items and toiletries.

Monday - Friday: 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Saturday: 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Sunday: Closed
