This free, educational series is designed to help family caregivers learn how to learn how to care for themselves while helping a loved one. Free prostate screening
Stay on top of your health with a free prostate screening. The screening includes prostate cancer education, an examination by a urologist and blood work. All results will be sent to your primary care provider. To register for a screening, please call 704-384-CARE (2273).

Designed for newly diagnosed cancer survivors and caregivers, this class provides a great intro to the world of cancer. Join us to learn basic info, connect to resources and meet members of your healthcare team. Participants receive a gift package with tools to promote health and wellness. Managing Side Effects of Treatment
