Free Wireless Internet
Presbyterian offers free wireless Internet throughout the hospital. If you have a personal laptop, you can directly connect from your child’s room. Please connect to the “guest” network to access our wireless network. You should not have to enter in a password, and you will have to accept the terms and conditions the first time that you open a web browser. If you are having trouble connecting to the Internet, please call Information Technology (IT) at 704-384-3100.
Business Center
If you need to use a computer or other business services during your child’s stay, you can visit the Business Center on the first floor of Presbyterian Hospital between the gift shop and the A elevators. The Business Center is open seven days a week from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and provides the following services, all free of charge:
- Computer with Internet access
- Printer
- Copier
- Fax machine
- Private phone and small conference room
