Parking
You may park in the Presbyterian Medical Center visitor’s parking deck at the corner of Hawthorne Lane and 5th Street. Once you enter the hospital through the north wing lobby, take the dedicated Hemby elevator to the second floor. (Please note that the Hemby elevator runs from 5 a.m. – 10 p.m. daily. For access during alternate hours, please take the “B” elevators to the second floor.) From there, you can check in at the nurses’ station and enter into Novant Health Hemby Children's Hospital’s special environment.
The cost for parking in the parking deck is $3 per day, and you can enter and exit as many times as you need (you will be given a receipt to show to the cashier). Please note that the $3 fee restarts at midnight, no matter what time you paid your fee. You can also purchase a five-day pass for $10 (a savings of $5) to use during your stay. These passes don’t have to be used on consecutive days, and they can be purchased at the hospital gift shop or parking deck booth.
