Congratulations on your upcoming delivery!  We recommend you pre-register for your hospital stay by completing a maternity pre-admission form. This information will be used to admit you when you are ready to deliver and will reduce the amount of paperwork you will need to fill out upon arrival. In addition, pre-registering for your baby’s birth ensures that you will receive relevant, timely information about what to expect and what you can do to prepare for your new little one.

We recommended that you complete your pre-registration materials at least four months before your due date, but you can pre-register at any time. You have three options for pre-registration:

• Fill out the maternity pre-admission form online.
• Contact your obstetrician’s office and request a Novant Health maternity pre-admission form.
• Request the maternity pre-admission form by contacting Novant Health at 704-384-4949.

Once you have submitted your form, you will receive a verification letter confirming that we have received your information (typically within three to four weeks).  Then, we will begin verifying your insurance information and preparing for your admission.
