Dads 411
This one-session class is designed to give new dads-to-be confidence and reassurance. The program includes information on baby care, supporting mom during the first days and weeks and how to take care of you during this exciting time. We recommend Dads 411 be taken during mom’s third trimester.

Grandparenting 101
This class helps grandparents learn about today’s childbearing practices and infant care routines. A tour of the birthing facility is also included. We recommend Grandparenting 101 be taken during mom’s second or third trimester.

Sibling Class
This one-session program helps prepare brothers and sisters ages 3-10 for the new baby, including how to diaper and hold babies. We recommend your children take the Sibling Class early during mom’s third trimester.

Super Sitter
This class teaches 11-15 year olds how to provide safe care for young children and explores important safe babysitter strategies. Other topics include the role of the sitter, emergency/safety information, CPR, first aid, understanding children, safety for the sitter and the business of babysitting.
