We will file any fees for your visit and medically indicated pump rentals directly with your insurance carrier. However, you will need to register as an outpatient prior to your consultation or pump rental by calling 704-384-5142.
A co-pay will be collected for outpatient appointments and a $60 deposit will be collected for pump rentals. Some insurance carriers may require that you contact them for a pre-authorization. Novant Health Nursing Mother’s Place cannot guarantee insurance coverage.
Although hospital-grade pump rentals are filed to your insurance, retail pumps are not considered for insurance filing.
