In order to stay healthy, you have to eat healthy.  Whether you need help losing weight, gaining weight, lowering cholesterol or managing food allergies, our registered dietitians are available to help address all your nutritional concerns.  Through individual nutritional counseling and group classes, we can help you understand your diet and improve your health.  

Cancer Nutritional Counseling

Heart Healthy Nutritional Counseling


Novant Health Heart and Vascular Institute offers a variety of nutritional services to improve cardiovascular and overall health.  Whether you want to control your blood pressure or diabetes, achieve a healthy weight or reduce your cholesterol, our registered dietitians will create a personalized plan that meets your needs.

Surgical Weight Loss Nutrition Counseling


If you are interested in having weight loss surgery, we offer nutritional information, counseling and support through our Novant Health Bariatric Center. Diabetes Nutrition Counseling
