We are dedicated to the health and safety of everyone in our community. Not only can domestic violence impact the individual physically, socially and mentally, but it can also affect their family members and friends who care about them.

You can speak with a specially trained counselor by calling our confidential domestic violence line at 704-614-7212. The line is staffed Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. – 10 p.m. and Sunday, 2-10 p.m. If you call after hours, please leave a message and you will receive a call back.
In case of an emergency, please call 911 or visit an emergency department near you. We have board-certified emergency medicine physicians and specially trained forensic nurse examiners available 24/7 at our hospital locations in
Charlotte,
Matthews and
Huntersville, to provide comprehensive emergency care, including a thorough medical evaluation and physical assessment.
Sexual Assault Services
We also offer forensic nursing services for men, women and children who are victims of sexual assault. All services are confidential.
